Entrevista
It was a campus recruitement drive.
We had direct interviews.
First we had a technical round in which the questions were based on the position one is applying for. Basic knowledge of the subject was being checked.
Second round was a HR round in which basically your communication skills are checked.
Lastly they had a partner round. This is also basically same as the HR round difference being its been taken by the partner of KPMG.

Ein Gespräch direkt mit dem Fachbereich gehabt, sehr angenehm und gute Atmosphäre. Kein fragenhagel oder Use case study sondern persönliche Einstellung. Keine lange Wartezeiten bei Rückmeldungen. Alles im allen sehr positiv

Un processus de recrutement fluide et professionnelle. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la structure claire des différentes étapes, ainsi que la communication régulière tout au long du processus.
