HR phone interview then face to face interview with a senior manager from the group that I applied for.
All processes ran fast and smoothly. They scheduled interview right away after I talked to HR.
In terms of face to face interview, the senior manager she interviewed me was nice and friendly. We had a good conversation for about an hour.
I felt comfortable. Nice experience.
The interview process was remarkably straightforward, seamless, and well-structured. It began with an initial stage focused on previous professional experience, core competencies, and long-term career goals. This was followed by a highly efficient, two-stage evaluation process consisting of direct, insightful conversations—first with a Senior Manager and subsequently with a Partner.
