Entrevista
Phone Interview: Consisted of basic competency questions based on the key behaviors mentioned on the KPMG website. There were also a couple of questions about companies that were doing well/badly.
Assessment Center: A cut-down version of the full graduate assessment center. It contained a written exercise based on a fictional company and a e-tray exercise. The written exercise lasted an hour during which time you had to read a large booklet of information on a company then summarize the main points and add recommendations about what the company should do. The e-tray exercise lasted an hour in which time you had to reply to emails and voicemails. Some required full written responses and others required selecting a course of action from a list. Overall this was not to difficult as you were given suggested timings of how long each activity should last (I managed to keep to these timings ok).

Name a UK company which has expanded into a foreign market recently. Outline whether or not the company handled this expansion well or poorly.
Das Vorstellungsgespräch fand online statt und war sehr persönlich sowie angenehm. Neben Fragen zu meinem Werdegang wurden mir auch ein bis zwei grundlegende Fragen aus dem Audit-Bereich gestellt die aber nicht zu schwer waren.

Normal apt test before this interview, then hr will send email to confirm the face to face interview. It is an 1 hour group discussion on a case, then present to interviewer for 10 minutes. After that, an one on one interview with manager will be conducted.
Pretty easy. Standard competency questions like tell me about a time ypu showed leadership. Got it through university placement program. Lady was really nice was more like a conversation which made everything very comfortable.
