Entrevista
The recruiting team is very active on campus. They will come once or twice a month to hold dinners/cocktail recruiting events. Current employees at all levels join as well as several current accounting students who have accepted offers. It gives you a great chance to discover the personality of employees you might be working with. A one on one interview lasting thirty minutes takes places after your resume is approved. Very straightforward. Essentially looking for personality types that will fit their group.

Name a challenge that was particularly hard for you to overcome.
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
Easy going and straight foward a good combination between technical skills and behavioral question. Some of the queestion related to accounting and audit question and some related to our attitude
