A KPMG recruiter found me on LinkedIn. I ended up going through 2 screening calls with recruiters, one 3-hour interview with multiple team members, and 2 final phone interviews before I received he offer.

Very straightforward questions. It was clear the team was looking for a cultural and personality fit. The fact that I made it past 2 phone screens meant I was obviously qualified to do the work.
