Le processus d'entretien chez KPMG implique généralement des tests en ligne (cognitifs, techniques, personnalité), suivis d'entretiens téléphoniques ou vidéo avec les RH pour évaluer l'adéquation et la motivation puis des entretiens plus approfondis (manager, associé)
First half of interview was with a manager about behavioural questions and second half with partner who gave a scenario and left the second half open for a conversation about the firm.
