The first round was a telephonic interview, the interviewer seem very focused with what he wants to know from you, he is not concerned with the basics and your experience he just asks questions which he prepared for, if you dont know the answers the you dont have a chance.Unlike big companies interviews they first ask the basics,then according to your experience they go in deep.I got rejected from KPIT but was selected for 3 other companies like Deloitte and accenture were among them.
