The process was very fast. I got through two interviews and then heard nothing back for two weeks. I had sent a couple of follow up emails. Another company with bad follow through for individuals that are not selected. The industry is small and people talk, so try to do better and follow up. And I was plenty qualified. Seemed as if they already had someone they wanted to hire and they wasted my time.
