The interview starts with basic questions but then goes on to see the candidate's understanding of trade, lead generation and awareness of multiple industries. The questions are also on the report which the candidate submits along with his/her CV in the selection process.

Q: Explain trade relations between Idia and South Korea
It was very smooth interview and my interviewer was very nice! In general, I think the interviewer is a fantastic manager. She's experienced, she's enthusiastic, and she's a great leader. I believe she could provide valuable insights to me.

The interviewers were relaxed and were curious about my background, experience and language proficiency (english/korea/local language)
