Will interview you for one position, then after the rounds are over, have you interview with their HR and they'll say, "The team believes you'd be a better fit for this other secondary position that pays less." And when you accept the lesser position, they tell you, "Oh, we were just gauging to see what you'd accept." And then you'll never hear from them again. No confirmation. No denial. HR lady, when asking for the salary of the position, said she didn't know how much it was - but somehow knew the salary for the lesser position.

Very efficient and straight forward through LinkedIn. The application submittal process was very easy and intuitive. Response from the hiring manager was the next day. The interview was scheduled for a day later through MS Teams. The overall experience was impressive.
