The process has started with a scheduled video call for the first interview. The recruiter lady was an external person who did even not give any briefing about the company or the position itself. She directly started asking the questions which are all obviously prepared and written before. Instead of trying to conduct a natural conversation, it was more like talking with a machine that has predefined questions. The conversation was just far from being dialogue as she was only focusing on typing what I say simultaneously. I strongly hope that Konux as a growing company that embraces resilience can also find a way to improve its recruiter screen. I believe it is very important to be sure that your external recruiters fit your values and culture.

The interview was good! Nice people. The HR was very professional and processed the application very fast. Couldn't get through the Hiring Manager round though! Quite technical questions which I was expecting already.
