I got a call from company HR as i applied through monster or naukri. HR asked some details and asked me do i have 10 mins so that she can pass the call to a technical person. I said yes. i thought it will be for asking about my expertise since HR doesn't know much in technical. But that person started asking my question as it is an interview. The interview was not scheduled and this was the first call i got from this company. The interviewer asked me so many questions . I felt like it was a first round of interview. It lasted for around 30 mins too. I felt this is very bad and unprofessional. They should have scheduled the interview. When i asked about this, they said this is their style to screen the candidates for real interview. Anyways, i didn't get call from them post that. I answered almost all in that interview. But i thing they don't like my question about interview without scheduling it.
