Group interview in which there were elements of self introduction activities, team building games and group presentation. Candidates were then separated into different interview procedure streams.
Following by individual interview by general manager.
Fluent and permissive, the procedure is the online interview include two person in the MS teams, receive the email and decide the interview time for the 1st round interview for KLN
Submit a 2 mins long self intro video, then there will be group interview (solve games within a group, and include questions related to current logistics hot topic) followed by apt test
