A few rounds of interviews types getting detailed each time. Was a good process. I felt comfortable the entire time. Questions seemed to try and see if you fit with KIPP model and less about teaching skills. A couple of practice teach role plays were in final interview.

The interviewee asked a lot of questions about diversity as well as classroom malmanagement. They also had Asked about previous experience as well, student teaching and any other jobs you have had.
The interview was done over zoom which was simple process and made the interview more relaxed. Answered all of my questions, I was told I would hear back shortly but never did.

The woman who was contacting me was great and helpful. Also very kind and made me feel very comfortable. They had a set timeline but I didn’t hear back in that time until I reached back out.
