Entrevista
The interview process was very straight forward. First is a phone interview, then is selected to continue then you will complete a writing sample ( you answer a few opened ended questions ), a video teaching sample, and a written lesson plan. If selected after that, then you will have a final group interview that will consist of other potential residents and individual school principals!

Entrevista
The interview process may have changed in the last few years.
First we were asked to submit a lesson plan and a sample teach video (Usually this is in person and you teach infront of the other applicants). At the time schools where closed so an interactive modeling video was sufficient. After that applicants were invited to interview virtually on Zoom due to Covid. This interview was round robin style. Applicants were placed in break out rooms with principals of procpect schools. We were asked questions and given opportunities to learn about the schools as well.
Afterword, applicants were asked to submit the their top schools and why.
Following up applicants recived communication about which school leaders were interseted in them.
