I had to fill out a paper application then do a personality quiz then call for 4 days finally get a manager to do an interview the manager blew me off for the first interview call them reschedule the interview manager was very unprofessional and didn't seem to care but still offered me the job

Face to Face interview with the store manager during peak working hours and discussing the capability of how to manage it with available resources.Leadership skills and customer management were also tested during the interview.

Just basic management related scenarios and how we tackle it
The interview is a quick and easy process. Most of the time they do open interviews and hire as long as you don't have any criminal background. For shift leaders you should at least have some sort of fast food experience.
