Assesment day solving business problems then 1-1 interview. Working in teams with other people with senior managers present.. Had to build a tower out of straws. Basically to see how quick you can work under pressure and how well you can work in a team.

I walked in, told them I had the interview, and waited for about 30 minutes, when finally someone came out, interviewed me by the front door.. the actual interview was a very quick process and the person who interviewed me was nice
