After that part he pose some questions on different situation that could accrue in the restaurant and how would I handle it. Share some of the company benefits.

Face to Face interview with the store manager during peak working hours and discussing the capability of how to manage it with available resources.Leadership skills and customer management were also tested during the interview.

Just basic management related scenarios and how we tackle it
The interview is a quick and easy process. Most of the time they do open interviews and hire as long as you don't have any criminal background. For shift leaders you should at least have some sort of fast food experience.
