The interview process at K.E. Electricals was quite challenging and left me feeling disappointed overall. It began with an initial phone screening where the HR representative asked standard questions about my resume and work experience. However, the conversation felt rushed, and I didn't get the chance to fully discuss my qualifications or the projects I had worked on. After passing the phone screening, I was invited for an in-person interview. During the interview, I met with the hiring manager and a senior engineer. They asked technical questions that were relevant to the job, but I felt that the questions were overly complex and not aligned with the skills mentioned in the job description. Additionally, the interviewers seemed unprepared and frequently referred to notes without engaging in a meaningful conversation. There was also a practical component where I was asked to solve a technical problem on the spot. Unfortunately, the problem was poorly defined, and I found it difficult to provide a satisfactory solution without clear guidelines. This added to my frustration during the process. Overall, I found the interview process to be disorganized and lacking in professionalism. It did not provide a fair representation of my abilities, nor did it create a positive impression of the company. I left the interview feeling uncertain about the role and the company culture.
