Two two-hour in person interviews. Very informal and had no real structure to it. There were very little questions asked, it was basically just listening to them talk. The job described in more detail the first time was different than the second time. They took away alot of the roles/responsibilities from the first interview which would've been nice to know before leaving work early to go to a two-hour interview. They then didn't extend an offer because what was described the second time wasn't going to interest me. Pretty crazy an HR individual with an MBA didn't think to communicate that. All individuals there seemed pleasant, but maybe not so business-savvy.....see below.... Warning to others working there. As described in the interview by the gm "some individuals might have to hop off this bus in order for us to move forward as a company". Pretty gutsy to say that to someone you're interviewing.
