The interview takes place dynamically in several stages. First there is a phone interview with an internal recruiter. Then a certain task is sent to you and you have to do it in a limited time - questions on psychology, behavioral aspects of working in a team, structuring tasks and building hypotheses for unknown situations (how to make a whale happier in the ocean), a test on the ability to apply analytical tools to identify potential violations in transactions. Then a video meeting with the team and the immediate supervisor. Very good team, great guys, I recommend it.
