I submitted my resume using the quick apply option on Monster. I got an email from a recruiter within a few hours, she scheduled a short phone interview for the next day. After the phone interview I went into the design studio a few days later for testing & I was notified later that afternoon that they wanted to schedule a face to face interview with me. Face to face went great. I was notified a day or so later that they wanted me to come back for a final interview. Final interview was with the original interviewer and her boss, it also went very well. I was told there was one other person they needed to interview and I should hear something the following Monday, but I got the call that afternoon and was told I got the position. Next step was reference & background check, which was done online. I’d also like to note that I felt extremely comfortable every time I walked in to the studio, everyone I encountered was super friendly and professional (which isn’t always the case when you go in to places for testing/interviews).
