Recruiter approached me with an offer, presented my resume to said recruiter, Recruiter got back saying that the hiring manager deemed that I am not suitable for the role thus offer another different role. Then comes the persistent coercion of getting my current salary pay slip with the reason justification of matching my pay but i sense that it is more of an excuse. I did not hear from them since. Please proceed with caution and never reveal your private information to them, they seem to have an ethics of hiring new joiners to fit their financial budget instead of their experience and skillset.
