Very fast, I had 3 interviews on the same day first with the talent manager, then with the ERP manager and at the end with the European director. After this I have been call for a trail day.
There are 3 rounds of interviews. First one is a phone screening for 15 minutes with a recruiter then a video call for 15 minutes with someone in management. Lastly in person 45 minute interview

HR (phone, then in person)
Team lead
Country manager/ regional manager
Casual style, but have to dress in a business manner (ie. suit, guys)

Talk about you as a person and your willing to become a sales. You have to show interest about hard work, learning and be money oriented.This is a two weeks process.
