They emailed me right away and set up the interview online pretty quickly. The position and description of the school was super vague so that was a flag. They offered a position within two weeks and ask you to sign a "conditional" contract which is based on whether or not the unknown school has enough enrollment. I waited about 1 month to find out then they told me it was a no go because the hiring manager failed to see that I had a LifeScience certification when they needed a completely different subject. That was the end of it .
