The first phone screening interview was cancelled just half an hour before the call. While they are requesting the candidate to inform them about any changes in the call 24 hours in advance. The rescheduled call only last for 10 minutes with one of their recruiters. He even mentioned that this call is not going to last for more than 10-15 minutes either, kind of being in rush!! About my skills, he had a list and mainly asked yes/no type questions without allowing me to explain. He told there is no need to give long answers to the questions! My answers to all of the questions were positive/yes and I am still sure that I have all the qualifications for the job. Within one business day, I got an email from the recruiter that I’m not the qualified candidate and they decided not to process any further with my job application. And I’m still wonder how the recruiter made such a decision based on less than 10-minute and very cold conversation. Not a pleasant interview experience at all!
