I submitted my application via Stack Overflow. Someone replied saying they wanted a phone screen, in the phone screen I get asked some basic technical questions. Those questions get taken back to the development team, they contact me again for an in-person interview. I met with two developers who asked me questions about work history. I asked them questions to get a better sense of how they are using Reactjs. It seems like they made a decision right there that I was not their candidate when it was learned that they do not use Redux and my expertise is with React-Redux and thus the interview seemed to have been cut short and I never even got a follow up response saying thank you for your time, but you have not been selected. I never heard from them again, which seems to be very typical now of tech companies not to provide closure to the interview process, the ghosting is supposed to be your clue that they are not moving forward.
