The response time after I submitted my application was very fast and coordination for the interview was stress-free. I felt very comfortable with the interviewer and we had an open and honest conversation about the benefits and challenges I faced in the prior job I held. I felt that the questions were fair and appropriate, and there was no type of "gotcha." It was fairly long, about 45 minutes, and I felt that we had time to go into each question and answer in depth. The interviewer was also generally kind, polite, and affirming.
