The job required an apple ipad to be bought by the selected joining candidates and salary 19k plus incentives.The cost of the iPad was said to be returned after joining by the company in 36months and discontinued if left the company which was really cheap tactic to hold a employee. It had three rounds GD,online test and P.I. The online test was just a formality.GD round was very easy.The main part was P.I which was medium not that tough basic questions were asked but it was my very first interview and I am not interested in direct sales job ..I got this through campusing so gave it for experience which they understood while P.I. Although easy it was exhausting as it started at 10:30 and ended at 7:30pm. There were 3 people interviewing but the lady asking the questions mostly was not good in English which I found really negative and the man (one of the interviewer) was really harsh on hiring female candidates and was mostly showcasing only boys come attitude which was bad.
