It was many years ago but Interview process was very nice got hired for the job. It was about 1 hour long I meet with the Director and Supervisor that would be supervising me at that time. The company was a non for profit agency very small department they showed me the rest of the departments that worked in the same building since other offices were in the same building as VLSP. the Interview process was very smooth and enjoyable at the time.
