After applying, I had short conversation with COO for leadership role. He was very helpful and informative. It took a while to find a time to meet with CEO but interview was odd. The position she offered me was not one I applied for and compensation was very low. I politely declined role but definitely felt as if I received a bait and switch. It was not respectful of my time and experience. Honestly, it was strangest interview I’ve ever had.

Read the negative reviews and don't waste your time like I did! Despite all the harsh reviews, I still decided to take PTO from my current job just to interview. After browsing the company website, I became alarmed when I saw this position had been open for almost 2.5 months. This led me to contact the recruiter. She responded and told me the qualifications changed and I no longer qualify!! Cool, so when were they going to tell me? Were they going to just ghost my Zoom interview? DO BETTER! Job seekers are taking time out of their schedules just to be screened and learn more about a company that clearly doesn't value them from the START! I was offered to interview for a random contract position, just like another review stated. Believe the reviews.
