My feedback which hopefully helps both interviewers and applicants.
During the in-person interview, the interviewers rarely smiled, which created an overly formal and somewhat tense atmosphere. The interaction felt more like an interrogation than a two-way conversation, as many of the questions I asked were met with vague or non-specific responses, preventing an opportunity for an open dialogue, making it difficult to engage gain deeper insight into the role and the team. After the interview I received only a generic rejection message without any meaningful feedback. While professional, the process lacked transparency and felt impersonal given the time invested.
