Was sent an assessment to do online. COMPLETELY UNREALISTIC. There was algebra and spelling questions. Just open another tab and Google the answers.
Did a phone interview and then was asked to come in for an in person interview. They were 30 minutes late for my interview.

THERE WILL BE A ROLE PLAY WHERE THE INTERVIEWER IS A CUSTOMER AND YOU'RE THE PHONE AGENT.

one on one setting at the call centre. You meet with an interviewer and then if selected there are a few days of training required as well as a test you need to pass. If you have call centre experience you will do just fine. its a typical call centre setting just no windows

The interview process was easy. Had to go through two interviews and most questions are regarding the work ethics and how can you help the team be successful? the interviewer made you feel comfortable so you will not stress on the interview. It was not a lengthy interview both average about an hour
