Three rounds totally 2 technical rounds and 1 HR round, The 1st round of technical interview was purely on basics about DFT field, like about scan, fault modeling, ATPG and it's flow, 2nd round of interview was on our projects which we have done like how many flip flops were used what drc's are got how did u slove, what was the coverage ratio and how did u obtained. I didn't got any response for the company for the HR round and even didn't obtained any feedback on my 2nd round performance.
