They loved the resume, said it matched perfectly and took the interview and said I was able to justify every single thing on the resume and even shared the profile would perfectly match during the interview and also said they absolutely have no feedback because I did really well. And they ghosted me for few days and I even see they removed the profile immediately from LinkedIn. After following up personally they say I don’t fit in the role. I wish they shared the actual reason for rejecting instead of just saying something random. Sharing feedback will help candidates do better.
