Phone screen followed by an hour-long interview simulating two different class environments where I would teach a student. The student is the interviewer who adjusts personality for the lesson. Review the material they provide and you will be fine.

I was sent an initial lesson to prerecord and send. Then I was invited to teach two mock lessons live. We did not finish the lessons but stopped when the interviewer felt appropriate
One short pre-recorded video lesson, then an online interview with two mock lessons. For both, you have ample time to prepare materials, and they give you detailed guides for what they are looking for
