Video (demo on one the topics they give) and then interview with one of the people who acted as a student (the topics and lesson plan are given). Process was very smooth and the organization was helpful.

First, I was asked a few basic questions. Then, we went through two mock instruction sessions, and then I was able to ask any questions I had regarding the position.
