I had an interview after I applied for a Marketing Job but got called back to be account manager. I accepted going along in the process, I got through the first couple of rounds and it all seemed very professional and quick. However, in the last rounds, I noticed weird shifts, people that would interview me would say different numbers of salary. Promising a base of $400 a week as a "cushion". I was told that 500 people had applied for the job and I was chosen as the top candidate. This came after me being told different numbers through the process. This is when things went bad, I was given an "offer", that did not include any of the previous information told to me. It did not have the guaranteed base pay, I asked about this and never heard back again. No 401k, no insurance, not transparent AT ALL. I needed to relocate and the HR team did not even respond to my questions, they had someone follow up to let me know they were excited for me to join the team. Told me they would only give a contract when I moved and showed up. Turned down the job and never heard from them again.
There isn't a lot of information about this company online, so I wanted to add my experience.
Don't take the interview if you don't want to waste your time.
Gave me MLM vibes, would not recommend.
