I saw the job posting on their website and applied. Got a response 2 weeks later to setup phone interview with immediate manager. Phone screen lasted about 20 minutes, and went well. Got a response 2 weeks later to set up onsite interview. Met with the person whom the role was replacing(he was going back to Chicago office), London team, and Chicago team. Spent about 3 hours in interview, but all went well. Got a response back a week later to come back in for final round. Met with the head of NY office, one of the head traders, Office Admins manger, one of the developers, CTO, and the Tech Ops manager. Spent about 4 hours there, but it went well.
