The interview was excellent. Mathias was very kind and patient, taking the time to explain the test in-depth, as well as to guide me through the many times I was stuck. Once the interview was over, not only did Mathias give me his point of view about my performance in a very clear, concise way, focusing on all aspects, both positive and negative, but he also sent me an email with all the necessary feedback, perfectly explained, so that I can improve. I believe that in one hour of the interview, I acquired knowledge and I realized how much I still need to learn. Unfortunately, my level was not up to what the position required.
