I called into the store to ask if they were hiring and it turns out the hiring manager had answered the phone. He told me to apply right away and call him back when I finished. I called and the store had been busy so he said he would review the application and get back to me. I was soo scared because it took like 2 hours to call back and i didn't know if he was gonna call back or if i did well BUT he called back and offered me an interview that Thursday. I went in that Thursday afternoon. The interview was in group from, but it was only me and this guy. It was quick and personal. He only asked 2 interview questions and that was really it. He spent most of the time talking about our lives and what not. After about a week he called and offered me the job! I started training that Sunday and well the rest was history.
