Group interview, really casual but everyone was somewhat dressed up, in the mall lobby so it was really noisy and couldn't really hear much. Hiring manager was super casual and very nice. Told us if we got the job we would be notified on the following weekend.

Very chill and relaxed. Thorough and professional. I got interviewed on the spot and offered a second the next week. They ask some unconventional questions and actually take your answers to heart.

I gave my resumé in the store and the manager told me to come on the other day for an interview. It was a group interview with 5 people. The interviewer was really nice and asked around 5 questions for everybody.

Two in person interviews with each of the managers and possibly a sales lead with varying questions about retail and your skills. A few of the questions will be about your favorite shoes and if you know what brands journeys sells.
