I applied for journeys Kidz & journeys for a first job, and I put in my application online which was super easy. A week later, I get a call from Journeys Kidz saying if I was able to make a group interview for the coming up Sunday, which I agreed too. The group interview was super easy. At first the questions are about past jobs, I only answered one of them but I paired the question with sports, I thought about it as teamwork rather than work. After the interview went by, the manager would tell you how you would treat a rude customer, it was more of a personality test. The manager than told us after the group interview was over that she would give us a call in the next week for one on one interviews for the people who she choices. An hour later, I get a call from her and the one on one interview is more personal and the manager would tell you more about to what to expect at the job and what to do and then if you get the job you would need to fill paperwork as soon as possible then you're an official employee at journeys!!
