You interview with the HR manager, and it's pretty standard questions. Stuff about experience, which isn't needed, and yourself. They basically hire anyone. The orientation is pretty grueling, wish they made into a more enjoyable experience. Basically you sitting for 4 hours as HR lectures you on what not to do.
