Firstly, I need to do a self-introduction; then HR person asked me about the working experience in the past that I would like to share a bit more, any challenging and why?
Contact via email, received an invitation to set up a face to face interview. Typical interview with Property Manager and or Regional Manager. An offer was extended by HR 2 days later.

Entrevista
Began with a screening call then a phone interview. Followed by in person interview and a final interview with a director. Took about 3-4 weeks. The questions were average questions relating to the role, in the end deciding factor may have been experience and company fit within team.
