HR Recruiter did not reach out, I received an email request for an interview by the hiring manager, which it was not clear who the hiring manager was based on the initial interaction. During the interview, the hiring manager did not introduce themselves to give an overview of the role, company, etc., they jumped right into 6 behavioral questions. At the end of the interview, I had to ask about the basic things an HR recruiter would’ve typically informed me about. Also, when I asked what they were looking for in a candidate, she called out the one experience I didn’t have. Felt like the interview was just to check off a box. I also didn’t get a rejection or any type of email to indicate I wouldn’t be moving forward. Overall a bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend this company.
