There was a two stage interview process, both were in person at the office. In both interviews, the interviewers were welcoming and created a relaxed environment. I got a good sense of the agency personality.

It was a bit extensive, there was a lot of excitement and involvement from the HR team, but the hiring manager was very dry and unenthusiastic. I didn't get a sense of excitement about growth for the role.
