Long interview, 2.5 hours, but good experience and I was able to see the culture. Attire was chill. They got back to me with an offer quickly. Only a week to accept though which is on the lower end. Trying to see whether the firm’s reputation is justified.

I had several rounds of interviews with various members of the firm including a Partner, Partner in the US, and Hiring Partner, Managing Partner, very well coordinated. The interview is strenghts-based, fit-based, motivational-based, etc. also discussed work ethic, internal opportunities. Note that there are limited opportunities to work from home.
