Received a interview request within a week of submitting an application. Jolson insisted on an interview in the middle of the day & there was no flexibility around that - which isn't ideal for anyone applying for a job in a current full-time job. Waited 25 minutes before interview even began, once again not ideal for someone taking time out of their work day with a sneaky excuse to be away from work. The process after this went smoothly and I found the interview to be very positive based on the people I met. I felt it went well, and was told after they'd have me for a second interview. A week passed, and they had decided not to proceed with the second interview with very little feedback offered. Unfortunately I have heard similar stories from this same company, and I was left feeling like I had just wasted my time.
