It was fairly informal. Mainly asked questions about things on my CV. Asked a few questions about past experience in retail as well as with animals. Got a phone call around an hour after I finished my interview offering me the job.

Contacted soon after applying. They were very friendly and welcoming, made you feel at ease. Wasn't contacted after interview due to the large number of people interviewing, but they should contact you.
